About Us

海南亚洲公益研究院（简称：亚研院）于2012年11月15日由一批国内外从事公益创新研究的专家学者发起成立，是具有国际性、独立性、网络型、公益创新型的非营利公益战略研究机构，海南省2024年度第一批省级4A级社会组织。亚研院倡导“公益全球化合作”与“公益跨界创新”理念，将世界智慧引入中国公益，将中国智慧引向世界公益，促进人类福祉，推动实现联合国可持续发展大会“全球社会发展、经济发展、环境保护的平衡”的美好愿景。

亚研院通过构建创意经济时代公益话语体系，优化公益生态，并致力于公益与高科技、公益与新经济、公益与新文化、公益与商协会等多领域的创新研究与路径建设，努力打造成为中国、亚洲乃至全球公益的创新引擎。亚研院致力于促进中国公益事业的全球化交流与合作，侧重“公益创新”领域的研究和探索，积极倡导“发现社会问题、寻找创新创意、着力解决方案”，推动中国公益可持续发展。亚研院基本职能是整合全球范围内的公益创新要素，传播全球化公益创新理念和公益创新方法，推动公益生态的创新发展、促进公益项目的提质增效。

Asia Academy of Philanthropy (hereafter referred to as the "AAP") was founded in 2012 Nov. 15^th by a group of experts and scholars from China and abroad specializing in philanthropic innovation research. It is an international, independent, network-based and philanthropic innovation-oriented non-profit organization dedicated to strategic philanthropy research. The Academy promotes innovative philanthropy through "global collaboration in philanthropy" and "cross-sectoral innovation in philanthropy." Its mission is to channel global knowledge into Chinese philanthropy and share Chinese insights with the global philanthropic community. Through these efforts, the Academy seeks to enhance human well-being and realize the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), envisioning balanced progress in global social development, economic growth, and environmental protection.

AAP aims to build a philanthropic discourse framework for the creative economy era, optimizing the philanthropic ecosystem. It is committed to innovative research and pathway development across fields such as philanthropy and advanced technology, philanthropy and the new economy, and philanthropy and contemporary culture. In doing so, it aspires to serve as a driving force for philanthropic innovation in China, Asia and globally. With a vision of advocating for global cooperation in philanthropy, AAP promotes exchange and collaboration between China, Asia, and the world to advance philanthropic globalization. AAP focuses on "philanthropic innovation," championing the approach of "Identify social problems, look for innovation and creativity, focus on solutions" to drive equal rights, equal rules, and equal opportunities in China’s philanthropic landscape. AAP’s core functions are to integrate philanthropic innovation resources worldwide, disseminate globalized ideas and methods for philanthropic innovation, foster the development of an innovative philanthropic ecosystem, and facilitate philanthropic initiatives.
